Whilst this might be premature, I thought I'd make a review now based on a session today. Having booked a two hour session to examine my poor smoking choices, I left the session feeling quite zen, very relaxed and positive about quitting smoking. I have been smoking roughly a packet a day, which is shameful. As I wind down, ready for bed, the thought of smoking hasn't even crossed my mind. Whilst it would be premature to say, \I'm cured\ I certainly feel mentally stronger and in a better position than any of my attempts at will power. Generally I would have smoked another 10-15 by now. The experience with Chris was overwhelmingly positive, professional and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others who've maybe had their own abortive attempts to quit smoking. Update: I woke up this morning without the desire to smoke, which is generally the thing I rush to do first thing! Things are looking promising! Update: Still no smoking! This is pretty incredible. No pangs, no desire, urges, anxiety, no nothing! In fact, I'd more or less forgotten I was a smoker yesterday! 48 hours in. Not really given smoking a thought! This is unbelievable!
A most amazing session with Chris a few years ago! Liking to book another session as I have new issues I need to eradicate.
My husband had a developed a phobia with needles and he was very nervous to go for a blood test. After some research we booked a session with Chris and he was skeptical about it working. One session helped him to have a blood test without being nervous or panicking. Chris has been very helpful and made him feel comfortable during the session. Thank you Chris for your help in answering all my queries and having a chat with my hubby before his session. We really appreciate your help.
