One of my favourite places ever. Great great food. The curry sauce has chicken in it. I look forward to this every year I go by. Make a point of stopping here just for this. Amazing friendly service with a lovely happy clean restaurant or you can take away. Thoroughly recommend ️

Very mixed quality and not especially friendly. Fish and chips were freshly cooked, reasonable price, and very agreeable. On the other hand, chicken 'curry' was absolutely foul, poor value, little more than a soup, and tasted simply rank! Many menu items not available. Overall disappointing.

The fish and chips was pretty good albeit a bit bland. The restaurant stays open till late which was very hand. The interior is very old and unfancy but it adds to the charm.
