Visited back in August. This is a combination of an old school chippy and made to order pizzeria. There's social distancing procedures in place, so there was a queue well out into the pavement. When I looked at the displays, I figured the chips are probably fried together with meat, so I ordered a pizza instead. There were several vegetarian options available, with options for additional toppings, but I just went with a simple Sweetcorn Pizza. The chef does make the pizza to order and they have a proper oven for cooking a pizza. I though the pizza was only okay. The tomato puree was clearly not freshly made, with an overwhelming canned puree flavour. The prices are keen compared to a proper pizzeria, so you can't expect the best.

Really good chippy! Used to live in the area and eat here quite often, this last visit was a rare treat! They're still very good though!

Excellent. The best fish and chips I've had in seven years in Scotland. Great size portion, delicious crispy fish and perfectly fried chips. Very clean premises too and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Wow, we got lost and found this gem of a place by accident. I ordered what thought was mini fish and chips but got two pieces of cod worthy of a restaurant! No soggy or greasy batter here, oh no, both pieces of my fish were in the most fresh crispy batter, chips were fantastic. I have put this place on my satnav and next time I'm up in the area, we will divert
