Have always come here for carpets and flooring and have no problem in recommending to family and friends. Had a small problem with one stair coming undone slightly so asked for a carpet fitter to come to sort it. Paul (sorry didn't catch his surname) came with colleague and he stripped up carpet and relayed it from top to bottom then refused to take payment. Thank you very much what a gentleman and fantastic customer service
