We arrived in Beverley in the middle of the afternoon ready for a cup of coffee. We were aware of all the restrictions in place. We were welcomed to the cafe with a friendly greeting, a temperature check and the use of hand sanitizer. We had our very welcome and delicious cup of coffee and looked through the menus. We returned in the evening and enjoyed a range of tapas then a tasty dessert. As our B &B was not serving breakfast we came back in the morning for breakfast. My husband enjoyed a full English while I had a continental breakfast. Lovely food, lovely staff, would recommend this cafe and it's hard working staff!

Beautiful food! Dining in is lovely, great staff and lovely atmosphere, and when ordering food for delivery during lockdown the quality is as superb as it is when going in. Great place!
Booked a reservation days before showing up for a 21st birthday, confirmed for drinks with 2 different staff members, then on the day of as our taxi was late and we are not from the area we rang ahead to see if our table and reservation was still valid we were reassured they were not busy and our reservation still stood as we rang ahead before being late, once we arrive only 5 minutes late we were waiting to be seated for around 10 minutes with a confirmed booking of drinks by the hostess, then seated with menus for drinks ready to order, a family smaller than our party showed up without a reservation wanting a table for food after us and as they were eating lead to us with a reservation being thrown out as apparently our confirmed reservation didn’t stand without the promise of food leading to us being stranded In the rain in an unfamiliar city. Clearly this establishment only care about the monetary value of customers, not the care and reception they provide, would not recommend.
