Much better managed than the equivalent centre in Rugby (Sir Frank Whittle). Rents are quite high as with many managed service properties, access to some amenities (use of pallet truck etc) is a bit restrictive on timings. In general good for some business set ups.

I had my osteopathic appointment here with Tom Harper. The centre is easy to find, it has a spacious reception. Staff is friendly and welcoming.
