SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS. Over a month ago I got my iPad screen repaired. I was told it would be ready the next day and after receiving no call, I decided to head over to the store to pick up. I called and they told me it would be ready the next day. Next day I called and still not ready. By the time it was ready, which took about four days, I get a text from The tech saying that my iPad had been stolen out of his car. By the time I got te text and called, he let me know he had somehow retrieved it. He then shows up at my house with my iPad and a black screen (my iPad is white). He didn’t mention anything before arriving and said he would replace it free of charge if I wanted it. Of course I want my iPad to be returned the same color I had it in. Now over a month later and countless calls they still haven’t replaced my screen. They haven’t contacted me once. Francisco was supposed to come fix it last night but of course never showed.
