Been using them for a long time and for every occasion.I have never been let down by their quality of baking. The cakes taste really great...in terms of decoration, they lack creativity and dont push their boundaries leaving me to get decorating accessories to redecorate the cake myself. The staff could work a little more on their bad attitude to costumers coz they can be unwelcoming which add pressure to the costumer when trying to explain what they want. 10/10 for baking n taste of the cake 0/10 for decorating
