I went to the branch to obtain downlighters to match my ones which have been discontinued. The young lady [sorry I forgot your name] was so so helpful going through all the makes for sizes etc [they had to fit existing cut holes] and her desire to track down the right thing was excellent indeed. I have used the branch before and was really happy with the advice and assistance I got previously, hence my return. I would really fully recommend CEF - i am not an electrician and if you are not either then I would have no second thoughts about using CEF - they will help you, far more than other DIY stores or dare I say Amazon.
