Initial problem with an installation of integrated washing machine but customer service par excellence and every effort to successfully sort the problem in a timely manner. This shows the advantage of buying from a locally owned business making contact easy and engineers available. Great range of products for which you pay pennies more than the large retailers but gain the advantages of the above.
Excellent service. Everyone was so helpful especially as I had ordered an integrated fridge freezer that had to be carried up three flights of stairs! Alex the fitter worked so hard to get it installed even though it was quite late. Would recommend.
No frills, just friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I wanted an energy efficient tumble dryer, the benefits of various machines were explained and I opted for a Blomberg heat pump exchange tumble dryer that has an A rating. Absolutely superb machine. Service exceptional, next day delivery and my old tumble dryer (still in working order) will hopefully be reused. Delivery smooth, efficient and courteous- this local independent shop offers a brilliant level of service, can’t recommend highly enough!
