I arrived :10 before my appointment time and was out of there before my appointment time. The gal that helped me was very good and very pleasant. Nothing like I ever experienced before getting my license, and I have been doing that over 50 years.

I don't know the name of the gentleman that helped me . I remarked to my daughter how pleasant and happy he was. I've never experienced that at the DOT before ! Also really fast. It was quicker than getting coffee at Starbucks
