I just moved here and had been looking for a groomer who could do a decent job. They did a decent job. However, the facility appears pretty beat up and unclean. The staff was minimally friendly to me and my dog. On the wall, there are pictures and framed papers. Never were these called to my attention nor was I ever informed that it would cost me 25 to cancel an appointment anytime 48 hours before the appointment. I did not do this on a whim; a doctor appointment for a sick child was involved. So, when I picked up my dog after the rescheduled grooming, the owner hit me with a 100 bill, I paid and I agree I shouldn’t have. Of course I am not going back. I wonder at the business decision, though. Not only has the business lost any future business from me as well as tips, they have incurred my ill will. I tell everyone about this. I have since found a fantastic groomer in a clean facility that is less expensive. And closer to home. I tell everyone about this as well.
Fantastic salon and groomer! I couldn't be happier with the way my dog was taken care of in all aspects. Before. During. After. The best in the Cedar Valley if you ask me! I am indefinitely a returning customer and highly recommend. I haven't experienced their boarding service yet but would leave my dog in her hands with entire confidence that my dog would be taken care of well.

I would not take your dog here for pet boarding. My dogs pad reeked of urine to the point as soon as my husband picked up the pad he had to go to the gas station by your place and throw it away. We came back two days later because that’s when you called me back about the dog pad. He has never had any peeing issues At all and it was very disappointing.
