After a lot of research, we chose to not only order a new Northstar pop-up truck camper, but to drive to Iowa to pick it up from the factory. That became our Maiden Voyage 2018.. Coming to the factory was a nice experience. Rex and his staff were very friendly. They had a little area outside the factory where they put us for the day, along with our dogs. Rex then spent and hour or so training us on the camper.

Northstar makes some great truck campers and Rex Willet and crew are tops in customer service. If you get a chance to visit the \factory\ you will understand why these are some of the best TC's on the market today. Well made by caring people who put the customer in customer service.
