While having coffee and working with the use of my laptop, the staffs turn off the electricity of the outlet I'm plunging in. It's was so rude! I am regular customer here. I WILL NEVER COME BACK IN THIS COFFEE SHOP WITH THE STAFF WHO DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE PROPERLY AND DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very nice coffee shop. The area is huge and well-lighted. Perfect for hanging out or studying. The chairs are comfy! From coffee to tea to cakes and pretzels, they have a variety of coffee and dessert options. I enjoyed my food so much. The customer service is good. They have friendly staff.
The place is well maintained and sanitized and they practice proper social distancing protocols too. The place is quite good. Some things they can improve on: 1. ventilation / air conditioning, when I went there the AC was not working and it was a super hot day. 2. Wifi quality, their wifi is hosted by pldt and not surprisingly it was indeed slow, i believe it could be much better.
24 hour coffee shop with wide space. Not really conducive for studying because of loud music from the bar but if you dont mind then it is manageable. It is wide and spacious which is very nice, ambiance and interior is pretty decent.
Supposed to be our order is 3 cup of coffee only, but how sad, there was a 5 cup was delivered, we compront arguing the cashier why? blah! blah! blah! thin after all twas fault on both side, I never felt twas our fault but we consider this as misunderstanding and were sorry for the salesperson...Now the coffee is like, a different kind of flavor, you can feel something enjoy and terrible taste and really some complete satisfaction, good coffee but sorry i just lost my taste from the start but slowly it was really feel.
