A nice journey to Bohol from Cebu, although the vessel I was on lacked some preventative maintenance. I booked business class, Air conditioning was beneficial and provided enough cooled air. First route there was trash still present in the business class front Row from previously boarded guests. Some chairs were missing screws and armrests. While watching movies on the provided TV set the TV would sometimes black out and go blank. I would use supercat again.

Lame service despite long queue and soon departure time. Guy‘s behaviour was disgusting not answering one question regarding gate nr or luggage... just showed the ticket price on his calculator without moving his mouth once. Boat staff later on was very friendly and helpful.
No hassles no problems no headaches. A very well organized business.
We booked with Supercat a day tour to Bohol. Everything worked well including fast communication prior the tour. The transport takes 2h by ferry to Bohol and then you'll see all the highlights. We were lucky that we were alone, so had kind of a private tour in our speed. Anyway, good and trustworthy service - they take care of everything.
Its fine but lil space
A little confusing if you are not a local. You can Reserve online. 3 days in advance no more, and no less than 48 hours. So it's pretty pointless reserving you might as well just turn up and buy at the ticket office. Go to the staff in front at the first desk. Be sure to clarify what class you want economy, tourist class or business. Check your ticket- TC is tourist, BC is business. Then pay at the second desk. Then you can go to the terminal. Remember 25php addition fees once in terminal and I think it was 50 php for suitcase storage. FIGHT FOR YOUR RESERVED SEAT. or it is free for all. Our seats were taken and when we asked staff to move them they just sat us elsewhere. Takes two hours, you get a snack and bottle of water.
It's a bit disorganised. First you need to queue up for the tickets. Return ticket to Bohol costs 800 each. Then go to the terminal building. You need to pay another 25 pesos terminal fee. Unless you are travelling business class, you need to pay 50 pesos luggage fee. After a comfortable ride I have arrived at Bohol. NOBODY IS CHECKING WHO PICKS UP THE LUGGAGES AT BOHOL. Make sure you get out from the ferry as early as possible. Plenty of opportunity to improve the quality of service.
Такси довозит прямо к дверям вокзала, однако билеты нужно покупать снаружи, за оградой. За груз нужно доплачивать 50 пессо (возможно не всегда, у нас сумка весила 17кг). Сама прцедура приема груза смотрится забавно, его просто собирают в тележки и через терминал увозят к судну. В нашем случае весь багаж разложили на корме. В дождь мне бы такое не понравилось.
