They didn't even notified me about my package.They have my number but they never call me to pick up my package.I always have to check almost everyday just to be sure because my sender told me that it will take 4-5 weeks only.

The good people there notified me right away the moment my parcel arrived in their office. Probably the low volume of clients they have contributes to their efficiency but I did experience good service. I do hope PHLPost will turn to computerized transactions someday as well as door-to-door delivery.
the PH government office, you do not want to make any transactions with! You will be advised to comeback at 4PM for them to entertain your concern. The reason for this, is they are closing at 4PM, is this not WORST?
