As what we have disappointingly discovered, this place does not alter and they will refer you to Ayala or SM Levi's branches who in turn do NOT do it for free because as it turns out they are not affiliated (it's supposed to be free). So that's a double trip. Furthermore, they go on sale at the same time as those branches so if you live near Cebu City, save your gas money.
