Staff was nice. The ambience was awesome. Prices were reasonable. The only gripe for now which could be fixed sooner or later is the communication access. Don't expect to get mobile data reception outside of the reception area. No cable tv or wifi in the rooms at the time of this writing.
It's a wonderful place. Room is very clean and huge.Very nice expirience at the beach, swimming pool, watching ostrich, kayaking and jetski, overall we are happy for one night staycation. The staff hospitality are excellent.We will be back again.

Soft opening has soft expectations. But the staff attention to guests are way above soft opening service. Case in point: i slip and fell while jogging. Immediately a security officer Angel Barriga ( who was apparently observing my exercise) came to my assistance. A while later, a staff named Lindon called for first aid to my room to administer the bruises. How's that for soft opening . This alone is a memorable 5 star.
Great rooms in a very private resort. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
