1 star for food review. Liked only 1 out of 3 ordered food. I will however give the place another try someday - went late evening and most of what I like to eat there were out. Review on aesthetics/ decor is a 5 star . Clean. High tech ordering process makes for efficient fast experience.

If you want to take your time ordering without getting stressed with choosing what you want by the staff, go to Ding How at Ayala Central Bloc to feel the automated dining experience. Each table has a screen where you interact via touchscreen. You do yours orders without talking to the staff if you are that shy. Once you order, you learn more about Ding How by going through their history on the screen. You can also learn fun facts about dim sum, and watch videos and galleries of their dishes. The staff are very friendly, but they are only few to be able to handle l the customers.Take note that there were not a lot of diners when we ate there, and yet we had slight difficulty calling them when we needed something. Compared to their sister restaurants, Ding Qua Qua and Dimsum Break, their dishes are lighter on taste. I personally love the strong salty flavor of Dimsum Break, but the lighter version makes me feel less sluggish after eating. Their Mahjong Tiles Jelly is something to try to get if you eat in Ding How. We waited a long time to receive the dish, but it was worth it.
Very high tech restaurant. I love.
This is one of the more dynamic and bustling Ding How branches you’ll ever experience! You’ll ask yourself “How???” This Dimhouse has so much history in Cebu but has evolved with the times. And this particular branch in IT Park’s newest Ayala Central Bloc has proven to take quick-service dining to a whole new level. Automated ordering system per table creates a more efficient dining experience.
A high tech experience. Food is ordered via touch screen right next to your table. Very convenient. Payment is made prior to going out of the restaurant.
One of Cebuano's best Chinese restaurant serving dimsum specialties. Recommended: stuffed taro and shaopao. Unique and high tech way of ordering food... they have computer screen on each table where customers can choose from menu bu swipes and clicks. Checking out is done through that screen as well.
Great dinning experience.. Affordable price range of their food choices.. Very accessible (Ayala Central Bloc)...thumbs up..
