As far a SE asian hospitals go it's pretty good and well organized. You turn up. Get given a number. When your number is called you can talk to a nurse to explain the problem. She will take your details. You pay a small fee to cover consultation. Then you wait for your name to be called out to see the doctor. Took like an hour. Saw doctor. I had an ear infection.... the only complaint I had was that I didn't see him clean the ear microscope before or after he used it on me.
