NORTH BUS TERMINAL LOCATED IN MANDAUE NEVER CLOSES.IF YOU ARE GOING TO CEBU SAFARI AND ADVENTURE THAT'S WHERE YOU GO AND CATCH A BUS GOING TO CARMEN CEBU. ALSO VERY POPULAR DESTINATIONS MADE POSSIBLE SUCH AS BACOLOD DANAO BANTAYAN ISLAND. ANYWAY AT BUS TERMINAL EACH BUSES HAVE THEIR DESTINATIONS WRITTEN IN FRONT OF BUSES.

The main bus stop if you want to go to the northern towns of Cebu. This place could get crowded before holidays. It could use an upgrade but it has been functional and orderly.
For me because its safe. The guards are courteous. The conductor and drivers of the buses are friendly.
NBT is steadily improving over the years. I can now see more security personnel in the vicinity. The common areas however needs serious improvement. Seats need upgrade. The public, but not free CR needs overhaul. Still no effective Public Address System. No common trip schedule posting or information desk at the entrance, each destination has its own receiving area where you have to intentionally check and confirm for the outgoing/incoming buses. Tourist's and locals will have to resort in asking questions the grumpy men in the area. Unlike SBT, NBT is like a snapshot of the past. Old, but working systems in place. Definitely needs "rebranding", or dare I say, it even needs relocation.
853 bus number..12-31-19.. GROSS SERVICE. bus leave at cebu north bus on around 1pm so we expect to depart at hagnaya around 4pm so we get the ferry to bantayan.. But what he did is he stop every corner and get passenger. So in that case we reach hagnaya at 6PM !!!!!! Its new year,we travel from siquijor early and almost not sleep to spend the new year with family. So BAD driver cause he was so greedy.. There must be tricycle to do their job for it.. On that time we missed the ferry to bantayan and we missed celebrating new year with our family.... Destination is the destination.. Not EVERY CORNER. !
Could be improved. There's no central ticketing office unlike most transport hubs do. You pay while on the bus. Several tourists, us included, had no idea what time, or if even, the bus to Hagnaya will arrive. We asked the security and they also don't know. They just advised to wait. Not the cleanest bus terminal. Seems like anyone can go in and out on foot. They do check, however, vehicles that enter the compound. rainbowjournal
Sick employees. Overpricing the cargoes of the customer. No fixed value given. Not accommodating.
