Staff are pretty accommodating but are also respectful of your space and privacy. The place is clean and sanitized especially every after customer has finished and left their tables. Proper sanitization and social distancing protocols are observed.

Good ambiance. Friendly staffs. Ordered there Signature Chocolate Iced Medium sized. Wifi is fast. They also have Gcash scan qr code for paymeny but not accessible for gcredit. They'll adjust the aircon temo when deemed necessary especially if it's raining outside.
Servers are fast, accomodating and courteous. Place is also cold which is an ideal set up for a coffee shop. Food and drinks are the usual bo's taste.

Yes! I'm fine with the prices on coffees and snacks esp cheesecakes even it's average 125 pesos for a slice hehe I love your cheesecakes and good coffee variants, but costumer service is very poor (not generalizing all attendants). Moody, having cavalier attitude, and they're mostly females. Your company needs to have an OVERALL CS Seminar haha, just saying. #LetsGuide
Nice place when you are waiting for time to go by, or if you're meeting with someone. You can also take time to work on your online stuff while enjoying their world class local coffee. The space is small though, you might have to consider taking your beverage in the space outside of the cafe, where it is noice most parts of the evening.
I really like their whip cream. Taste is sweet but not too much. Customer service is also great, very accommodating.
