We held my daughter's bday at Guanzon beach and they are just side by side so if you pay for the waterpark you will be free entrance (20php) to the beach as well. Not bad huh? Sadly my daughter is beyond 3feet so hehhe gotta pay the full fee of 80php. She loved the kid's area. Although you gotta watch your lil one bec some other children just can't wait for their turn. They might bump each other along the way. Then it is alright to ask if you are not sure of your swimwear. The front liners and lifeguard answered me nicely. We had fun and don't forget to use sun block unless you're having a tan.
X How they treat their customers! ‘Twas poor X No life in facing the customers(particularly the front desk— they don’t smile at you and their aura is off!) X Reason for every problem that needs to be resolved is answered “cottages are full!”. X Boastful life guards To be honest, only few people stood their ground in defending themselves against the harshness of the life guards. And instead of relaxation, the volume of the megaphone was overwhelming even though the life guard was close to whom he was referring(PUBLIC SHAMING?)———— Those things the life guard did to the customers were actually traumatizing! Of course, we were considering the safety factor of us customers but calling a customer in front of everybody and telling him/her what’s the problem? I think that is public shaming!

Nice place but this has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. If a customer makes mistakes, would you directly put the blame to the customer? Wouldn't you just inform the customer in a professional way that they could have just failed to check things out that results to that certain mistake? Gosh, there's no need for you to say, "di mn kami ang sayop, ma'am. KAMO MAN ANG SAYOP" Seriously?! Is it too hard for you to just say, "ma'am basin naa mo wla naapil og count sa inyo kauban, ato lng ihapon usab ma'am" We could have understand that. To those on duty as the frontliner of this place today July 27, 2019 8:32 pm, YOU ARE THE WORST FRONTLINERS. To the management, PLEASE spend time to train your employees especially your frontliners on how to offer good customer service for you not to lose your existing as well as your potential customers.

Located besides Guanzon Beach in Naga City, Cebu. It's a great place to visit during summer but also an amazing venue for children's party and other large group events. Affordable entrance fee of Php80.00 (according to the staff, it's an introductory rate yet); children who are 11 years old and below only pay half. It's also great that you can choose cottages from Php1000 - Php3000 depending on the size of your group but they also have tables at Php750 that is good enough for 4 persons. Electric outlets are available in cottages for charging small electronics but they don't allow too loud speakers. Parking spaces are also available.
