We went here to celebrate the birthday of my mother. The place was a bit small, but spacious enough. Clean and organized. The food was delicious. We tried the Shrimp platter, although it was pricey, the food was very good. They also sang and for the birthday celebration gave my mother a free cake.

I have tried a lot of Bigby's from different locations but this is by far my worst experience. The foods served were cold and seems to be just heated. Not to mention that it took them a while to serve them cold dishes. Never expected this to happen since Bigby's is among my fave places for chicken.

Ambiance: Very Good Food: Good (Must try: Viva Las Gambas) Staff: Excellent (In their Ayala Cebu branch, the staff will proactively ask you if the food and service is good. Their IT Park branch doesn't have much customer so you don't have to worry for vacant seats/tables.) Serving Time: Good (Ayala Cebu branch is great because they serve the soup first. In the IT Park branch, you have to request to them first.)

Family style restaurant. Big servings and varied selection of food. Prices are affordable and yummy dishes. Make sure to try their Belly Buster, Porky Steak, Quesadilla, Tuna Miso, Chix Ahoy, and other well-loved dishes. You won't be disappointed when you dine in Bigby's. It's a Cebu institution. I also like their Salad selection. Delicious food. Great interior. Good customer service.
Great ambiance. However, the deep fried fish burger that I ordered did not taste well. The fish was definitely fresh, however the taste of the frying oil was too strong which made me wonder if the oil had been reused many times. Other than the taste of reused oil, everything was great. I especially love their mango ice shake, which is made of fresh sweet mango!
