Awesome view! Although betting there was a bit sketchy and i don't recommend going there during rain or just had rain since it's rough road and can be very dangerous when wet.

We went through a small road from Balamban and exit somewhere in Toledo. Road is not recommended for the faint of heart. Rough and narrow road cliff edge some landslide. Most parts of the road around the pit are privately owned. There are armed security personnel along the road where it is not allowed to enter. Since it's not authorized to go near the open pit, we just stop at the road side to appreciate the view.

Went to Biga Pit earlier this month, with couple of friends. We went there via Manipis Road, from Tabunok, Talisay City. Road we used was muddy, but great view, and experience for moto trip.
Update October 1,2019 The water is gone ,its now a muddy lake, but you can still enjoy the view. Follow "Techy Cebuano" in youtube to discover more places
The place is quite and it takes for a mile to get into a place which has a house. I bet it is more quite and dark during the night in this place because I can't see any post lights along the way.
