I really enjoyed scuba diving with them. The equipment is pretty new and well maintained. I have done five dives, I enjoyed every one. The crew is very nice, they are not in a rush, they are taking pictures for us underwater. The prices are decent as well. Highly recommended!

THE BEST dive shop in the town, for sure. If you're reading this, and doubting about where to go; go to Amigos. They're cheap, everyone - from the admin to each and every divemaster I went with were super helpful and super friendly. Everyone were paying attention to you, trying to help you, and giving their all. The DM's were fantastic, knowledgable and everything more!

I’ve been on about 16 dives in my life and this was by far the worst. The guys that took us out were friendly but led us through all the back roads for what felt like a long way. We were not used to carrying tanks on our backs through terrible rock laden streets and they wouldn’t wait or even walk with us along the way. Then my instructor wanted to hold my hand almost the entire time of the dive and wouldn’t let me get barely below 5 meters when they claimed it was a 10 meter dive. Then they made us come up when I hadn’t even used half my air. Terrible experience overall. Then they raced back to the shop again leaving us struggling to get back. Not worth it for 3,000 pesos which they made me pay even though I had a NAUI certification which they said should only have been 1,700. Maolboal overall was not worth the trek out from Cebu City.
Amigo’s was the place that helped my experience something amazing! It was the first time when I tried diving, and definitely not the last one! Fritz is a great instructor that makes you feel very comfortable under water and doesn’t rush! The atmosphere there is family-ish, very friendly and absolutely chilled! Thank you all for your hard work!
