Great product and great support from their technical team. Had a slight problem accessing my Away device and Joe from the Technical team helped resolve it and help us understand what the issue was. Was very clear and concise and a breath of fresh air to deal with. Ryan from Sales is also very good to deal with. Thanks.

i had an issue with my system as i recently changed my router. I left a message for call back and they called at precisely the time they promised. I spoke with a guy named Joe and he was extremely helpful and patient in resolving the issue and in also answering my questions. Great service.
The service provided by Jacob today 29/3/18 was absolutely perfect and professional. I have nothing but praise for this gentleman, he kept me informed of everything he was doing and double checked that all was working before leaving me.
