Hi, I just want to share with you my experience I had today on the 6th of February 2021. Firstly, I want to point that this is the 5th time I'm ordering from these guys and the service/food was excellent, the best in town. Today I ordered chicken for the 1st time and beef, my mom wanted to try also. I was a bit disappointed that they finished the pickled cucumber, also the green peppers were gone luckily got replaced by red peppers but I said I'm here, my mom is waiting let's go for it. It wasn't busy at all, I didn't checked how they prepared it but noticed that the amount of meat was tiny, asked for the usual sauces and ingredients and went straight home. Couldn't wait to try the chicken one but to be honest it was the worst shaorma I ever had in my life. It was bland, tasteless couldn't feel the meat just the spices ! I said ok it's chicken I'm not used to it, let's try the beef one. Secondly, it makes me sad and frustrated writing this but this was not the shaorma I had 4 times before from them. My review might sound dishonest due to not having any pictures but you have my word that you blew it, you screw the recipe ! :-( Don't know the reason, might be the pickled cucumber, the green peppers, the meat or another ingredient but I will stop going there. Have no words to express the shock I had today, my mom had the same experience, awful. To whom it may concern please look into it, take the measures necessary and fix it, please. Might have been an accident but it affected my perception about you, about your service/food/business ! Thank you for taking your time to read my story and hope this won't happen again.

Am cumparat mancare si dupa imi spune tipul de la casa ca nu mai au cartofi? Si eu pentru ce am platit? Au pus extra carne sa inlocuiasca cartofii, dar cine prepara mancarea nu avea manusi... ma mir cum nu am gasit un ghemotoc de par in shaorma avand in vedere cum tinea pe ploverul ala din lana vreo 3 shaorme.
