Great walking area, amazing in the snow
Beautiful walks for every age. Great for kids, plenty of wildlife if you look. Shame about piles of rubbish in places
Great wood trail for all ages, get lost deep into the woods and experience nature in its greatest form. Cawston Spinney really makes you feel like you're miles away from the hustle and bustle of everything. The trail isn't too strenuous and even toddlers can walk the path with a little help. There is no official parking, with just one strip of gravel for cars to park so on busy yea this gets filled up quickly. On the bright side though it is completely free and a great day out.
