I had never understood the Filipino obsession with getting bulalo from Tagaytay. It seemed like an ordinary affair, an excuse to go to some far flung area to try out some bone marrow that tasted ordinary. When I went to Viewsite, I finally understood it and I finally found something not ordinary. This has got to be the tastiest bulalo I have ever had in the years that I have been going up to Tagaytay. Also, it boasts breathtaking views without the human obstruction and noise pollution that is so common in overlooking bulalo restaurants. It's a fine place to dine. So I suggest everyone flock to this place before the hordes of people discover it and ruin the secret.
