Just came here a few minutes ago. I took a medical exam for student permit, beside LTO. The nurse said I should proceed at Robinsons Imus. She said the LTO there is closed.

This actually should be negative stars. It should not take 1 year to get your driver's license renewed. Having a new machine is no excuse, this should have been planned beforehand. Whomever is the head of LTO should be fired because you are obviously not doing your job ( I suspect corruption) No Excuses...people pay their taxes and all your fees (your salary) you are appointed too serve the people and you are failing....No Excuses.
Went there at around 4 pm and it only took me 30 minutes to get my license. Few people and no fixers. Employees are all accomodating. Diagnostic centers for medical certificates, as well as photocopying machines are available within the vicinity
The location is quite hard to find for first timers. There were no signs visible from Aguinaldo hiway. All you need to do is ask someone along the way or if you are not that type then better use your instinct. I was first scheduled 3pm to pick up my licence but when I get there, I'm on 84th and the staff said you might need to wait until 7pm. Very disappointing. I had it rescheduled the following week at 8am. I was there like around 7.30am and I got my licence collected by 8.15. I think it is better for you to have it scheduled in the morning and do the same thing as I did. No hassle.
