As an owner in Camella Alta - I would not recommend buying a house in Camella Terrazas for the following reasons: I paid off my house before it was even built three years ago and I still cannot get my title from Camella. We have lived in our house since Feb 2018 and the subdivision still does not have a perimeter fence or any of the promised amenities (clubhouse, pool, basketball court, etc...). Camella only cares about selling houses. They don’t feel that it is a priority to finish the subdivision. Buying a house in Camella Alta was a big mistake. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.
