i reserved 2 rooms for myself and family we were all looking forward to go then we recieved a message that they had cancelled our reservation which of course upset my family. also they had the taken the money after 2 weeks we managed to get our money back after mentioning we were taking legal action be careful i had to put one star as i could not leave this message
