In 4th of July I made a reservation for the 8th of August 2019.When i arrived at Paris, 3 August, i asked the hotel reception to call you to comfirm the reservation.....only to find out that your restaurant will closed till the 14th of August!!!!!!!!!!!You had our telephone number....nobody bothered to inform us.Not at all professional!!!!!!

When you think about Caviar. This the place. The location is great. The service too. One thing is the decor isnt that fancy like the American fine dining atmosphere. Some people like it this way, Vintage and warm.
