Terrible business. Their website says “con staff di madrelingua inglese,” but when I asked the man working there if he speaks English, he said “no” without even looking up from his computer. He barely acknowledged that I was in the room. The man was arrogant and rude, and it was a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend the place to my worst enemy. I only gave them one star so that I could leave a review and warn you not to waste your time too.
