Highly recommend the personal service Dan provided from the very beginning of our sale. We were selling our late mothers house and Dan was both compassionate and professional. Selling a house can be a daunting prospect, even moreso when you haven't done it before, going through a seperation and not mention during a pandemic! However, I needn't have had any worries as right from the start, Dan's professional and friendly attitude gave me the confidence that selling a house through Caulfields was the right decision. The fact that he is a local independent agent with a great wealth of knowledge of the area was also a key factor in appointing him. I was in frequent contact with Dan and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Dan took fantastic photographs of my house and I paid him a very reasonable upfront fee for the sale of the house. Dan got the house on Rightmove efficiently and worked hard to get us a sale. So imagine my surprise when he informed me that he had multiple viewings lined up within days of being on Rightmove. And to top it off, an offer!! An offer OVER the asking price!!!!! So my experience of selling a house for the first time was an absolute breeze. Thanks Dan!
