Definitely earned its top rating! Short wait in line. Few table options. Fabulous meats. Beef rib was unbelievable! Burnt ends were fabulous. Sausage a bit greasy. Slaw super fresh tasting. Crack cake addictive

Moving to Dallas in the middle of a pandemic hasn't been the best for finding great BBQ, but Cattleack has moved to the front of the line for me. It's a little more expensive than I've been used to, but I would pay it again. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the Mac and Cheese was great, and I could have eaten a large bowl of those beans. The star for me was the pastrami brisket, which was delicious all by itself and could be cut with just a fork. It's probably best that they're only open twice a week, because I'd be in trouble with more than that.
Some of the best BBQ you'll find. I've been eating it for over 50 years and have had some great BBQ and this is in the top 3. Burnt end were great as were the burnt end beans. Folks serving were very friendly and kind. Really nice experience. Too bad it's just a hobby for them and not a full-time business.
Best beef barbecue I've ever had! Pork ribs, sausage, and turkey were also great. The sides were alright, but who needs sides when you have the best brisket and burnt ends imaginable
WE WAITED IN LINE FOR 2 HOURS! And it was the literal best 2 hours spent. The BBQ at Cattleack is to DIE for. Once you get to the counter they give you a bite sized sample of the burnt ends and it just melts in your mouth. The literal pleasure you get from the Texas BBQ here is incredible! All the meats were great, the sides were amazing. The elote corn was my favorite side dish for sure! Highly recommend
