Everything about this place is excellent. Unlike some cat café's these cats are playful. The staff are friendly and the food is pretty good for the price

Staff were brilliant. Clearly explained new rules for COVID-19 and created a safe atmosphere. Coffee and cakes were excellent. And not forgetting the main attractions. Cats are awesome with their individual personalities! Will definitely be back
Definitely didn’t feel Covid secure.... we had two to three people coming up behind us to get closer to cats (without masks and under 1 m away) laughing and at one point, coughing. Staff were friendly but nothing really said to make sure people didn’t get close to each other (other than an initial briefing on entry) - we definitely felt quite uncomfortable. On the more expensive side, but that can be forgiven, given the current situation. The cats were very cute, but won’t be coming back unless some changes are made
There is a set of rules as you go in asking people to stay in there allocated sitting area, when we entered a table of 4 was sat on the floor spread across the full of the cafe and not wearing masks, we had a woman stand on top of us for over 20 minutes, absolutely 0 social distancing in place. Nice place but not enforcing rules at all
I loved it so much and the drinks were amazing. The cats were so sweet and it was such an enjoyable place to go!
