Well what an Amazing place very friendly staff. Anna James and Liam. I asked the people dining there and all said Amazing. I had a quick local beer and anchovies and chips .Wow presentation brilliance. Staff so welcoming. The local drunk was very pleasant too. I will be going back very soon with friends .

Slightly disappointed. Having read recent reviews we were expecting a better experience. Booked a table yet when we got there were told to wait in the bar area while they prepared a table. Food was good...the shared fish platter was very enjoyable. Back ground music in the upstairs eating area was too loud. Service was OK nothing special. The bar area downstairs was busy and this seemed to take precedence over the food service.
Only discovered this little gem of a place last week.Nice atmosphere great cocktails at reasonable prices.
Great for outdoor when warm or in the winter when cold and log fire burning
Nice bistro bar , excellent cultural milieu for discerning clientele . An oasis .
