My wife and I booked a table for Friday at the fully refurbished Cat and Fiddle and was met by extremely friendly staff. The food took no time at all to arrive and was hot and at an incredible standard. I had steak pie and chips and my wife had fish and chips. Both were faultless. Thank you

Drove past many times, just managed to sneak in for the Carvery today, and it didn’t disappoint, great atmosphere, good food and nice prices. Shame Covid is messing with us all, but great that a good pub like this is doing its best to keep us all over fed :)
Really lovely food was really good and fairly priced. The children indoor area is great for the little ones and the outdoor area is great for kids of all ages. Really good safety precautions in place too. Would have given 5 stars but one meal was missed off order so had to wait after other meals had been delivered but they sorted it quickly
Without doubt worthy off the full 5 stars! Very friendly staff from the moment we stepped in until we left I couldn’t fault 1 member of the team well done. Now to the food.... 1st class! I was stuffed. We had the carvery and it was gorgeous and a great price. We normally head to Saddlers in Lympstone but I didn’t know this was owned by the same chain. Lots of space inside, ideal for these worrying times. We will definitely be going back for many more visits. (sorry no time for food photos, I couldn’t wait to tuck in)
