Full of local produce at a reasonable price. Always a warm welcome.
What an amazing place - the community should be proud of what is happening here - the restaurant is amazing, and cant wait for the Farmers Market to open - the co-working would be a great place to start a new business.. this is a must visit building if you are in Castres and want to see how the community can work together to do great things..
Cool, quiet place not far from the centre of town. Everything local: food, beer, wine... brilliant!
