Drive thru. Breakfast sandwich cheese not even melted. Hashbrown just thrown in bag not in a sleeve. Coffee tasted gross.Coffee filter has not been cleaned in what seems like 3 months. Window staff not friendly or helpful. Perhaps send a franchise rep trainer. Even my friends are not going there anymore.

This Tim Hortons is the worst ever. My son was in his vehicle behind us in the drive through so I paid for his order. They told me I had to pay the two orders separately which I did. I find out a little later they still charged him even though I paid for it already. They also screwed up my wife’s order. Corporate needs to deal with this franchise location
Castlegar store is the worst rated. Deservedly so. Coffee tastes like boiling hot water. Food is bland. Get a doughnut and get out quick.
Nice location with a well-stocked selection of donuts and other items. It is located in a nice little town and fairly close to the highway. If you need your Timmy fix this is a great option. The staff was helpful and seemed friendly. Always great donuts!
This store location is great, you do need to check your items from time to time like any place, but the staff are excellent and always ready to help. Friendly location. My one downside is not with this store though, but with the Tim Hortons website. They tried to go modern and just went straight annoying, cant find a menu online now without making an actual order. No thanks.
