Bought a couch and received it, it had a slight rip at the seam. I contacted Candis in Customer service and she was able to bring a repair worker in immediately. It was fixed right away with no hassle at all. Great customer service!

I have been trying to deal with a warranty issue on line, and was having a hard time connecting and getting my issue resolved. I called the Brick in Castlegar to assist as I hadn't heard back from my online request. Candis New answered my call. It was definitely my lucky day as Candis was amazing. She too my information, made inquiries where they needed to be made, followed up with me and advised of the issue. Then Candis went above and beyond, forwarding the warranty claim and again updating me on the status and ensuring she would follow up after her days off to ensure the matter was progressing. I really appreciated Candis' attitude, follow through and outstanding customer service. This was an issue that she could of put back on me to resolve, but instead she took it upon herself to ensure it was dealt with. Thank you Candis!!!!! You have definitely won my business.

Staff is wonderful and knowledgeable. Massive free parking lot, wheelchair accessible front door. Excellent customer service ! Good job Candis, Taylor and Brad. Taylor and Brad were friendly and helpful when they delivered my fridge . They were very careful not to bump any walls, and that’s no easy task, since I have a pretty small house, and it is a very large fridge . Good job guys! Candis was very friendly and professional , and immediately solved an issue I had with my fridge. Good job !
