Never ever again, failed my car on mot, I was dubious about some of the work they said it needed. I paid for another mot out of curiosity and car passes with flying colours. Staff seemed like they were too busy to care, wouldn't use again. Expensive and mot testers looking for work that doesn't need doing

Booked car in for a service at Castleford branch on 20/1/21. When I got the car back they hadn't lubricated the battery terminals or door hinges or bonnet catch. They still wanted 180 though. I was told that the rear axle bushes needed changing and swiftly booked me in for the 28/1/21 for this to be done. Took the car down after 1WEEK and then phoned me 3 hours later to tell me they didn't have the tools to do the job. This is what happens when bicycle shops play at being garages. They neither have the experience nor tools to do the job. Instead of paying for managers you might be better off using that money to buy the right tools instead of paying the tools who are running your centres.

Brilliant, car needed oil and filter change. Booked on line, paid upfront online. Dropped car off, job got done, picked car up. No faffing all done within 2 hours great!!
