Great customer service and a fantastic approach to taking care of bikes. I was left short after having a new bike delivered, these guys turned it round at the drop of a hat and have done a fantastic job. Will definitely be using them again
Ended up in a sticky situation after my bottom bracket failed 9 miles into a ride! Popped into Castleford Cycles and the guys had me up and running again in no time at all! A really knowledgable team with a good heart
I've already had 2 bikes from Castleford cycles and I'm heading there again for my son. The bikes are very well priced and looked after. The staff are very helpful and laid back. I wouldn't shop anywhere else to be honest.
I had a frustrating experience with this shop. I ordered bicycles to be delivered, but heard nothing for 4 weeks. I sent several emails but these were not returned. Eventually I was promised a refund but this also took 2 weeks before I finally received it. I have finally now received my money back, also including a small additional amount by way of an apology. It seems this is a genuine shop and usually a good place but they managed my purchase badly. We are sad not to have the bikes and have had 7 weeks of aggravation. Perhaps better to go in person.
