Outstanding selection of adult items and the staff are helpful without being in the way. I've shopped here several times, and always feel they are the best stocked of the several stores in the area.
Staff was nosy and kept overselling things to me while I was browsing. Nothing was priced so I had to keep asking them for prices and then enter a tirade of unsolicited suggestions. Dont shop here if you have retail anxiety.
Kim went out of her way to make me feel welcome and open, so it was easy to build up and explore what I really needed. I originally went in for a device for a partner but ended treating myself, giving a modest starter gift for my partner and deciding later to come in to shop together for something we'd both feel comfortable with. She took the time to show me a variety of vibrators, and gave me details about the warranty, quality etc. along with updated versions of toys I so dearly love. I want to come back anyways because there selection of skivvies, jewelry, swimsuits, and clothing that exceeded my expectations of what you see in other Adult Entertainment stores. Hopefully I can see Kim so she can tell me what's new and exciting as well because I already have a small list that she wrote out for me that I plan to invest in next time. I was vulgar, blunt and comical and she treated helped me with the upmost professionalism. She is an incredible sells person. I went in with a goal set in mind but she showed me things I wish I would have bought there instead of online or at other stores. Vida was also super friendly and gave me suggestions to keep my new items clean and fresh. Overall my experience was amazing, and I look forward to coming back... Yes... With friends.
