Small Shop but offers many services I though was long gone. Very Reasonable Prices and gives very good advice which in this case saved me over 100 and was good of them to tell me because I would happily of paid them after the advice in another Shop. Owner has a Good sense of Humor and the whole experience was fantastic. They are a little slow on Repairs but the price for me was Half what I had been quoted and I got more than I expected for the money. Shame all Small Towns have lost this sort of Shop and I wish them all the best

I purchased a Gold Pendant and Chain from Castle Jewellers and was not exactly what I wanted when I took it home. I took this back to the Shop and was offered a refund without any dispute. However when I was speaking to the young man he suggested changing the design of the one I had bought. We had a long conversation with more people coming out the back getting involved by showing me settings and drawings. Eventually I pressed on and told them to do this for me and when I collected it I have to say it exceeded my expectations in every way. It fitted and hung as I wanted and could be seen from all angles as requested. Thank you for all your help and you have made me a very happy person

Was given the Details of Castle Jewellers from a Neighbor who used to live in Worksop. I have asked many Jewellers to replace my Ring from a Photo after it was taken in a Burglary. Most said it could not be done the others all wanted over 2000.00 to do it. I was in Sheffield on Business so made the short drive to Worksop. Was greeted by a wealth of Knowledge and was then instantly warned they were busy so it would be some time. I was emailed a 3d image of what they had designed and I was surprised how near the original it was from a poor photo. 6 weeks later it was made and stunning it was as well. The cost was 1350.00 so also saving me a Substantial amount of Money. This Shop you would never expect to find in a Town that to be honest is a little run down. Every time I visited its very Busy and was surprised at the distance some people had traveled. VERY VERY VERY HAPPY Thanks
