Our main objective is to provide direct financial assistance to young families of pre-teen children (0-12 yrs) in financial difficulties due to their child being treated for cancer. We help them by paying for their; utility bills, mortgage and rent payments, car registrations and sadly even funerals. We also support Australian hospital networks, we are extremely proud to be the largest ever donor to Sydney Children’s Hospital, by providing $8.3 million to the Kids Cancer Centre, where the mission is to continue to strive to reach a 100% cure rate for childhood cancer. In 2005 we became a ‘Founder’ of the Children’s Hospital at Westmead by providing them with $7.2 million. Victoria’s Monash Children’s hospital has benefited from $1.5 million to build and fit out their Cancer Centre, and the Adelaide Women’s and Children Oncology Fellow has been given $1.8 million. We take pride in the fact that 100% of all direct donations goes directly to the kids and their families. We are able to achieve this through the running of our $80,000 Winners Choice Art Unions. These Art Unions enable us to keep all donations separate, and to give them to where they are needed most, the kids.
