Horrible service. Our property management company hired them to help with maintenance requests. I ALWAYS have to call back and check up. This last time the woman didn't even put my request in the system. I called on Tuesday. Thursday I called back. Spoke to the same woman and she seemed stumped. So I called the office where we rent. They never told anyone about our issue. Two other times I called a baby was crying in the background and the woman has had such a thick foreign accent it was difficult to understand her. I honestly thought about moving just so I don't have to deal with the service.
