This museum was amazing! My grandpa fought in the 88th and was part of the group that liberated the town. They had a whole exhibit dedicated to his unit! It was so special being there. The many relics and pieces made history come to life. Thank you so much Alberto for personally meeting us and opening the museum for us to see. It meant so much and will be back with my family hopefully again soon!

This is a very important museum to know the battle of Gothic Line with little information. It is also a must-see collection of living goods reusing military items. In all, I was affected and satisfied. We should use at least two hours. I will revisit.

Davvero un bellissimo museo con reperti storici originali della seconda guerra mondiale. Da non perdere il filmato che mostra le testimonianze di tutti i soldati americani, tedeschi, italiani, ... Da visitare!!!
Molto materiale e ben documentato.
E' sorprendente trovarsi in un Palazzo rinascimentale ed entrare nell'atmoosfera del museo che presenta l'universo bellico della seconda Guerra Mondiale con ampio riferimento alla Linea Gotica che passò proprio da Castel del Rio tra gli estremi di Rimini e La Spezia. Eccellente esposizione di reperti, armi strumenti e mezzi bellici. E' presente un plastico sicronizzato con un video che narra i vari movimenti di scontro.Interessanti anche le testimonianze della I Guerra Mondiale. Nel Palazzo poi sono presenti altri due Musei: Animal Tower fauna e flora del territorio e il Museo del Marrone di Castel del Rio. Bella esperianza per tutte le stagioni!
